The “HBCU Foundation, Inc.” a 501 (c ) (3) organization formed in August 2012, predicated raison d’être (1) to provide scholarships to students attending HBCU’s (2) to provide necessary resources needed to assist with the professional growth and development of faculty and staff, and (3) to procure resources for research opportunities to assist in the undergirding of institutional infrastructures.
